Cancellation Policy:
We value your time and appreciate your commitment to your appointments. In order to provide the best service to all our clients, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:
Cancellations:

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
Late Cancellations:

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will be subject to a 50% fee.
No-shows:

Failure to cancel or reschedule an appointment without providing any notice will also result in a 100% fee.

Cancellations less than 3hrs before the appointment time will result in a charge equal to 100% of the reserved service amount.
